Pork chop with onion sauce


Today we bring you a very simple recipe that you can take perfectly in tupper to work, because with the onion sauce, the meat is very juicy.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion
- 3.5 oz of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Clean the pork chops by removing the bone and white parts.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the chops until golden.
- Peel and cut the onion in julienne.
- In the same pan where you have made the meat, sauté the onion over low heat to make it caramelize.
- When it is golden, add the wine, increase the potency to medium heat and let the alcohol evaporates.
- Once it has evaporated, add half a glass of water to the onion so that it softens more. Let it cook over medium heat until almost all the water has evaporated.
- Grind the onion and the game that has been released.
- Serve the chops and pour the sauce over it.
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley to decorate.
