Fake mushroom macarons stuffed with salmon and cream cheese


Today we bring you a delicious, original and cute appetizer, and these fake macarons made with mushrooms will not go unnoticed. In this case, the filling is with salmon and cream cheese with fine herbs, but you can put the filling you want. To eat them and that the filling does not come out, we recommend that you eat them vertically, not horizontally (as if it were a burger). Try them and tell us what you think!

Ingredients:
- 20 whole mushrooms
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz of cream cheese spread
- Fine herbs seasoning

Recipe:
- Clean mushrooms very well.
- Remove the stem and cut the top with the shape of half a macaron.
- Save the leftover mushrooms for another preparation (such as a cream).
- Cut the smoked salmon into small squares.
- Mix the cream cheese with the fine herbs and add the salmon.
- Fill the mushroom macarons and close them.

Puchero in Crock Pot


Today's recipe is very easy, it is one of the "all inside", that is, it does not require any previous or after preparation, you just have to put the ingredients in the Crock Pot and wait. More comfortable impossible!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2.7 oz of white beans
- 2.7 oz of chickpeas
- 3.5 oz of serrano ham in taco
- 1 quarter of chicken
- 7 oz gr of meat to stew
- 1 chorizo to cook
- 1 medium potato
- 1 large carrot
- 1/4 small cabbage
- 1 cow bone
- 1 ham tip
- Water
- Salt

Recipe:
- Soak the beans and chickpeas the previous night for 12 hours.
- Peel the potato and carrot, click the potato and cut the carrot into medium slices.
- Enter the chicken, the bone, the tip of the ham, the meat to stew and the ham.
- Then add the cabbage, carrots, potato, beans and chickpeas.
- Finally, put the chorizo ​​on top, pour water until everything is covered and sprinkle a little salt.

Vegetarian Lentils Burger


Today we bring you a vegetarian recipe to eat lentils in a different way, especially in summer, because it's harder for us to eat them stewed in the traditional way.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3.5 oz of lentils
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/3 leek
- 1 clove garlic
- Mix of grated cheeses (mozzarella and cheddar)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- Olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes

Recipe:
- Soak the lentils for 8 hours.
- Cook them in boiling water with a pinch of salt until they are soft.
- Crush them in a chopper and place them in a bowl.
- Wash the pepper and leek well.
- Peel the garlic and onion.
- Also shred the vegetables in the chopper and place them in the bowl.
- Add the mixture of grated cheeses, a little salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add the beaten egg and some breadcrumbs until you see that the mixture can be handled.
- Shape the hamburgers.
- Stir in a large skillet with a drizzle of hot olive oil until golden.
- Wash and cut some cherry tomatoes in half to place as an accompaniment.

Salmon in papillote in Crock Pot


Today we bring you a very simple way to prepare fish, in this case salmon, in the Crock Pot. We have decided to prepare it in papillote because it is a recipe that we usually make in the microwave (we do not have an oven) and we really like how it looks. How do you usually prepare it?

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large salmon tail
- Rosemary
- Fresh thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground white pepper

Recipe:
- Cut a sheet of baking paper to wrap the salmon.
- Place the salmon tail in the center of the paper.
- Brush the salmon with a little olive oil.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top.
- Add a little rosemary and thyme on top.
- Close the oven paper package, especially the ends.
- Place the package inside the Crock Pot and cook 1 hour on high.

Persimmon and biscuit custard


Today we bring the recipe for a dessert with a texture very similar to traditional custard, although its ingredients are different, we loved it!

Ingredients:
- 2 persimmons
- 1 natural yogurt without sugar
- 2 cookies
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Ground cinnamon

Recipe:
- Wash and peel the persimmons.
- Cut them into several pieces and place them in a glass suitable for the blender.
- Add yogurt, sugar and diced cookies.
- Crush everything well until you have an homogeneous cream without lumps.
- Flatten and sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top.

Roasted Lamb in Crock Pot


Today's recipe is one of the most typical to prepare for Christmas or special occasions. The truth is that it is a pleasure to eat it from time to time, and more so if it is as easy to prepare as in the Crock Pot, where the meat is very tender, although it is not as golden as in the oven.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 35 oz of lamb
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 1 large potato
- 3.5 oz of white wine

Recipe:
- We buy the lamb in a piece, but you can ask at the butcher shop to split them in several according to the number of diners.
- Wash and peel the potato and cut into slices of 1/2 cm.
- Peel the garlic and place on the potatoes.
- Place them in the bottom of the pot.
- Brush the lamb with oil and place it in the pot.
- Sprinkle salt, thyme and rosemary over the lamb.
- Add the wine over the potatoes.
- Put the lid on and cook 7 hours on SLOW.
