- 20 whole mushrooms
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz of cream cheese spread
- Fine herbs seasoning
Recipe:
- Clean mushrooms very well.
- Remove the stem and cut the top with the shape of half a macaron.
- Save the leftover mushrooms for another preparation (such as a cream).
- Cut the smoked salmon into small squares.
- Mix the cream cheese with the fine herbs and add the salmon.
