Artichokes Cream


Today's recipe is perfect to take as a starter or light dinner, since, in addition, its main ingredient are artichokes, which is a diuretic food and perfect to take care of our health.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 artichokes
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Salt

Recipe:
- Wash the tomato well.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves.
- Wash the potato, peel it and cut it into pieces.
- Wash the leek well and remove the green part.
- Wash the artichokes, remove the part of the stem and the first leaves of the outer part, which are harder, until you reach the heart.
- Also cut the tip of the artichokes.
- Cook all the vegetables in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 20 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and reserve the cooking water.
- Place the vegetables in a glass suitable for the blender and beat everything well until you have a homogeneous cream.
- Add cooking water to make it lighter and mix well.
- Strain the cream to remove the strands of the artichokes.


*Tip: if you want you can cut a couple of thin slices of artichokes, fry them in olive oil and place them on the cream, or place a couple of slices of goat cheese on it, so they will melt with the heat of the cream. It's great both ways!

Potaje in Crock Pot


The weather is so much cold, so we really want stews and hot dishes, such as this stew, which we have prepared in our slow cooker. Take note!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4.5 oz of chickpeas
- 9 oz of desalted cod
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz of fresh spinach
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- Cook the eggs for 10 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
- Let them cool, peel them, cut them into wedges and reserve.
- Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours.
- Drain the chickpeas and put them in the bowl of the Crock Pot along with the cloves of garlic (unpeeled) and the bay leaf.
- Kitchen 9 hours in HIGH.
- Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into small squares.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion until it is transparent.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the paprika and mix well.
- Clean the cod by removing the thorns and cut it into squares of approximately 2cm. Reserve.
- When the chickpeas are well cooked, add the spinach to the pot and stir-fry and cook for 30 more minutes.
- After this time, turn off the Crock Pot and add the cod and boiled eggs.
- Mix gently, let it sit together for 10 minutes and serve.

Hummus canapé with marinated salmon


Today we bring you a very colorful canapé to prepare when you have guests or, simply, when you want to take care yourself. Take note, cookers!

Ingredients:
- 1.8 oz of fresh salmon loin
- 10 teaspoons of homemade hummus without paprika (you can see the recipe here)
- 3 slices of ​​bread
- Dried thyme
- 7 tablespoons of coarse salt
- 7 tablespoons of white sugar
- Olive oil


Recipe:
- To marinate the salmon, we must mix the coarse salt, sugar and a little dried thyme in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, place a base with the mixture, put the salmon loin on top and cover it with the rest of the salt, sugar and thyme mixture.
- Let it rest in the fridge for an hour and a half.
- Remove the layer of salt, sugar and thyme and wash the salmon loin well.
- Cut it into small squares. Reserve.
- Roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin to make them thinner and more consistent.
- With the help of a cutter (if you don't have it, you can do it with a knife), cut 10 small squares of approximately 2cm on each side.
- Toast the squares until golden.
- Prepare the hummus as indicated in the recipe above, without pouring over the sweet paprika or oil.
- For plating, place a teaspoon of hummus on each square of sliced ​​bread and pour a few drops of olive oil on top.
- Place two dice of salmon on top and sprinkle some thyme.

Bread, cheese and walnut pudding


Today we want to teach you how to prepare a very easy recipe that you will surely love, pudding, but we wanted to give it our touch by adding a little cheese, which combines perfectly with the rest of the sweet ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1.5 oz of hard bread
- 3.5 oz of cheese with quinoa
- 5 walnuts
- 1 egg
- 7 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Liquid candy

Recipe:
- Chop up the hard bread and soak it in a bowl with the milk.
- Once the bread has softened a bit, mash it with a fork and set aside.
- Grate the cheese and set aside.
- Break the nuts into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, add the egg and sugar and beat well until both ingredients are integrated.
- Incorporate the cheese.
- Add the milk with the bread and the nuts and mix again.
- Pour liquid caramel into the bottom of a couple of individual microwaveable molds (ours are of silicone) and add the mix.
- Cook for 4 minutes at 800W.
- Check if the pudding is done and if not, cook it for 20 more seconds until it is done.
- Let it cool completely and remove from the mold.

Salmon and apple tartar with mustard


We love tartares and, especially, salmon tarts, and beyond the classic combination with avocado and soy sauce (which we love), today we wanted to give it a twist and combine it with apple and mustard, and the result has enchanted us, it seems an ideal starter to share.

Ingredients:
- 1 loin of salmon
- 1/2 golden apple
- 1/4 chive
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- Wash, peel and cut the apple into small squares.
- Place it in a bowl and pour the lemon juice on it, mixing well with a spoon to prevent the apple from rusting.
- Peel the onion, cut it into squares similar to the apple and add it to the bowl.
- Also cut the salmon into small squares and add it to the bowl.
- Add the mustard, soy sauce, a splash of olive oil and salt and mix everything well.
- Serve with the help of a metal ring.
- Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top to garnish.

Cheese tartar


This cheese tartar recipe is ideal to take as a light dinner or even as a dessert, since cheese and fruit combine perfectly in this dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 pear
- 1/2 red apple
- 3.5 oz of rosemary cheese
- 1/4 onion
- 20 hazelnuts
- Dried rosemary
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice


Recipe:
- Wash the apple and the pear, peel the pear and cut both into squares.
- Cut the cheese the same size as the fruit.
- Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces as small as possible.
- Cut the hazelnuts in half.
- In a large bowl, add the apple and the pear, the cheese, the onion and the hazelnuts.
- Sprinkle a little rosemary and salt on top.
- Pour a splash of olive oil and another of lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients well with the dressing.

Grilled salmon in yogurt and mustard sauce


Today we bring you a spectacular recipe that you will not take more than 10 minutes to make in total, so there is no excuse for not eating rich and healthy!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon loins
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1/4 of clove of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Sprinkle a little salt on the salmon loins.
- In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the salmon loins over medium heat until they are browned on both sides.
- Peel the garlic and cut it into very small squares.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, the mustard, the minced garlic, a splash of olive oil, the lemon juice and a little pepper and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a light and homogeneous sauce.
- Serve a couple of tablespoons of sauce at the base of the plate and place the salmon on top.
- Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top of the salmon.
