Coffee Syrup


Today we bring you an original recipe with coffee that is super versatile, since you can add it to almost any dessert you prepare and give them an original touch.

Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz of coffee 
- 0.7 oz of water
- 4.3 oz of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter

Recipe:
- In a pot, heat the water and coffee with the sugar over medium-high heat without stirring at any time.
- When it starts to boil, lower the temperature to medium and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
- When the sugar begins to change color, brown, and start to bubble, remove from heat.
- Stir well with a wooden spoon.
- To make it more creamy, add a teaspoon of butter.
- Pour it in a jar or glass and allow it to cool to room temperature so that it thickens well.

Clams with garlic


This recipe is prepared in just 5 minutes and is perfect as an entree when you have guests or for a special celebration. 

Ingredients:
- 7 oz of claims
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 4.5 oz of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- Place the claims in a large bowl with water, salt and a splash of vinegar to release the sand. We changed the water once and we left it again until it was 1 hour.
- Peel the clove of garlic and cut it into thin slices.
- Buy it lightly in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Drain the claims well and add them to the pan together with the white wine.
- Cover the pan and let it cook over medium heat until the claims are open.
- If there is one that doesn't open, throw it away.
- Stir well to mix all with the broth.
- Serve immediately.

Mussels with tomato and seafood sauce


We love to take the aperitif with family or friends, and the mussels are always a star dish that can never be missed. This time we have prepared them with seafood sauce with tomato, and they have triumphed!

Ingredients:
- 18 oz of cooked mussels
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 tablespoons of fried tomato
- 3 oz of white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 3.5 oz of water from cooking of mussels
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash the red pepper and cut it into cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut it into squares similar to the pepper.
- In a large pot pour a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the pepper and onion until they soften.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into squares too.
- Add it to the pot together with the paprika and stir well.
- Pour the white wine, the fried tomato and the cooking water of the mussels.
- Raise the heat until it starts to boil and add the mussels.
- Remove a little to mix the flavors.

Rice With Rabbit


Rice is a food that we love for its versatility, it is very grateful and you can combine it with any ingredient, which will always be delicious. We use it on many occasions to make recipes with food leftovers, in this case with rabbit.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 oz of pump rice
- 6 rabbit slices
- 1.8 oz of beans for paella (garrofó)
- 1.8 oz of green beans
- 14 oz of chicken broth
- 1 tomato
- Food coloring
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash and chop the green beans.
- Wash and, in a glass suitable for the blender, crush the tomato.
- Heat the broth in a saucepan and keep it warm (without boiling it) during cooking.
- In the paella pan, pour a little olive oil and sauté the rabbit, the green beans and the other beans.
- Sauté until everything is golden.
- Add the crushed tomato and continue frying until it evaporates.
- Add the rice and sauté everything together for 30 seconds.
- Pour the chicken broth and a pinch of food coloring and stir well.
- Cook in high power for 3 minutes.
- Try the broth to see if it is good salt or you should correct it.
- Lower the heat to medium power during the rest of the cooked until the broth evaporates (about 17 minutes more).

Lentils stewed in curry


Today we bring you a more modern and original version of the classic stewed lentils, that although we love them, from time to time we want to eat them in a different way. In summer we bet on salads, and in winter from time to time we prepare them with curry like today. How do you usually eat them?

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5.3 oz of lentils
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 tablet of vegetable broth
- 1 spoonful of curry
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf

Recipe:
- Let the lentils soak the night before.
- Drain and reserve.
- Wash all the vegetables and peel the garlic, carrot and potato.
- Cut the carrot into slices and the potato clicked.
- The rest of the vegetable cut into large pieces, do not need to be the same.
- In the pot, pour a splash of oil and sauté the garlic, green pepper, onion, carrot and tomato.
- When it is golden, add the lentils and add them together with the vegetables for one minute.
- Pour water until it cover the lentils and add about two more centimeters.
- Add the potatoes and the bay leaf.
- Sprinkle the broth pill, curry and paprika.
- Mix everything well and let it cook until the lentils are almost at their point.
- At that time, remove all the vegetables from the pot except the potato and carrot, and crush them in a glass suitable for the blender.
- Add the puree back to the pot, stir well and cook 5 more minutes so that the sauce thickens.
- Remove the bay leaf.

Light salad


This salad is a lighter version of the classic Russian salad, with fewer calories but just as rich, prepare it and tell us what do you think.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in natural
- 1 avocado
- 1 tin of red pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz of turkey in squares
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Recipe:
- Drain the tuna and red pepper well.
- In a saucepan with boiling water and a pinch of salt, cook the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add little by little a few drops of water while stirring to make it lighter until it is to your liking.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it cool in the fridge for half an hour.
- Serve with a metal ring and decorate with 3 pieces of turkey.

Pork chop with onion sauce


Today we bring you a very simple recipe that you can take perfectly in tupper to work, because with the onion sauce, the meat is very juicy.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion
- 3.5 oz of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Clean the pork chops by removing the bone and white parts.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the chops until golden.
- Peel and cut the onion in julienne.
- In the same pan where you have made the meat, sauté the onion over low heat to make it caramelize.
- When it is golden, add the wine, increase the potency to medium heat and let the alcohol evaporates.
- Once it has evaporated, add half a glass of water to the onion so that it softens more. Let it cook over medium heat until almost all the water has evaporated.
- Grind the onion and the game that has been released.
- Serve the chops and pour the sauce over it.
- Sprinkle some chopped parsley to decorate.

English cucumber sandwich


Today's recipe will sound great if you have traveled to the United Kingdom, as it is very typical to enjoy it at tea time, although we also love it as a snack or healthy dinner.

We have chosen to make the most typical recipe there, although it is certainly delicious with some other ingredients such as black olives, ham, boiled egg ... would you add something or eat it as it is?

Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:
- 4 slices of mold bread
- 1 cucumber
- Margarine
- Salt

Recipe:
- Wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into thin slices.
- Put it in a colander with a little salt to release the excess water it has.
- Cut the edges of the slices of bread. (But do not throw them away! You can save them for another elaboration like salmorejo or sopa castellana, for example).
- Spread a thin layer of margarine over each slice of bread.
- Place the cucumber slices on the entire surface of two of the four slices.
- Close the sandwiches and cut them in half forming two triangles.

Coffee cream with chantilly


Today we bring you a dessert that you can prepare for special occasions, since it has a very light flavor and can be prepared in advance, so it is perfect to surprise your guests. They will never think that it is so easy to prepare!

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 7 oz of liquid cream to assemble
- 1.8 oz of ground coffee
- 1.8 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 oz of sugar
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 3.5 oz of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sugar glass
- 0.08 oz of vanilla essence
- Sprinkle of hearts to decorate
- Ground cinnamon

Recipe:
- Cool the cream in the fridge and the bowl where you are going to mount it so they are both very cold.
- In a bowl, put the gelatin sheet in cold water for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the coffee, milk and sugar and stir until the three ingredients are well integrated.
- Drain the gelatin, add it to the saucepan and stir.
- Add the cream cheese and beat with a few sticks until you get a homogeneous cream without lumps (if you want to get it faster you can beat it with the blender).
- Let it stand at room temperature.
- Using the accessory of the rods, use a very cold cream with the blender.
- Divide the cream into two parts, reserve one in the fridge.
- Mix the other half of the cream with the coffee cream, in enveloping movements, and distribute it in the glasses where you are going to serve it, leaving space for the chantilly.
- When it has tempered, store it in the fridge until it set.
- Just before serving mix the cream that we had reserved with the powdered sugar and vanilla essence and put it back together a little more.
- Place the chantilly over the coffee cream.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon and sprinkles of hearts on top.

Vegetable toast


Today we bring you a very healthy and quick vegetable preparation, you can take it as a light dinner, as breakfast or snack, it is perfect at any time!

Ingredients for 2 pcs:
- 2 slices of integral bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- Fresh spinach
- 2 slices of goat cheese curl
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash the spinach well.
- Peel the avocado and cut into thin wedges.
- Cut the goat cheese into uneven pieces.
- Toast the mold bread until golden.
- Quickly place a slice of cheese on each slice so that the cheese melts a little on the bread.
- Add a generous layer of spinach leaves.
- Put the avocado in the form of a fan and finally the goat cheese.
- Pour a little olive oil on top.

Ingredients:
- 10 small tartlets
- 1.8 oz of assorted mushrooms
- 1 oz of cheese with nuts
- 10 nuts
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Clean the assorted mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, heat until golden.
- Split the nuts into small pieces with your hands so that they are unequal.
- Heat the cheese in the microwave for a few seconds, so that it is softer and easier to mix.
- Drain the mushrooms to remove the excess oil and mix them in a bowl with cheese and nuts.
- Fill the tartlets and decorate with a little chopped parsley.

Easy coffee cupcake without oven


Today we bring you the recipe of some very easy to prepare muffins, without oven or microwave, we have versioned them a bit but they are equally rich.

Ingredients:
- 10 cupcakes 
- 1 oz of melted margarine
- 1 oz of coffee with milk
- 3.5 oz of cream cheese
- Sugar glass

Recipe:
- In a mincer, crush the biscuits until they are small pieces (without it becoming dust).
- In a bowl, mix the coffee with milk, margarine and cream cheese and mix well with a wooden spoon until you form a homogeneous cream.
- Mix it with the crushed cake.
- Place the mixture in paper molds for muffins and these, in turn, place them in silicone molds.
- Fill the paper molds and flatten the top with a spoon.
- Put the molds in the fridge to cool and compact.
- Take them out of the fridge and allow them to warm up at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle icing sugar on top.
