Cauliflower mini pizzas


These pizzas of cauliflower are ideal to take care when you want pizza, especially at night! The have no carbohydrates and are made with cauliflower, they are very healthy, and also delicious!

Ingredients for 2 mini pizzas:
- 1/3 cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of spreadable cheese
- Oregano
- Fried tomato
- Grated Mozzarella
- Turkey
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Wash the cauliflower and separate clusters, removing the trunk (do not throw, you can save it to add other vegetables and make a cream!).
- Grate the remaining bunches with a texture similar to couscous.
- Dry it with paper towels.
- Mix in a bowl with the cheese spreadable until everything is well integrated.
- Form two balls and flatten slightly by hand.
- In a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat fry the cauliflower pizzas until browned on both sides.
- Get them in a plate, pour over the tomato sauce, a little grated mozzarella, oregano and diced turkey.
- Cook for 1 minute in the microwave at 800W for melt the cheese.
- Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on the plate for garnish.

Lollipops of cheese with raisins and dried apricots


This recipe is ideal for a fun appetizer, you'll surprise your guests! Both children and adults will love its originality.

Ingredients for 4 lollipops:
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Cream cheese
- 12 raisins
- 2 dried apricots
- 4 wooden skewers for kebabs

Recipe:
- Using a round cutter, cut a circle on each slice of cheese.
- Place a circle of mozzarella, a little cream cheese in the center, along with the wooden stick, and another circle of mozzarella.
- Top with raisins and chopped dried apricots to your liking.
- Place the lollipops on a plate with baking paper and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 800W to become dehydrated. It is important to do two at most at the same time, because if you put more, when you heat cheese they will join to form a giant lollipop.
- As soon as they are cooked, put them in the freezer for 10 minutes so that the shape of the lollipop is set.

Salmon sandwich with green sauce


This sandwich is prepared very quickly, it is also very healthy, so it's a great option for a light dinner. 

Ingredients for 2 sandwiches:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cucumber
- Green Sauce of pickled gherkin and green pepper

Recipe:
- Cook the egg in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread a tablespoon of green sauce on each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of smoked salmon on the sauce.
- Wash, peel and cut into slices the cucumber.
- Peel the boiled egg and cut into thin slices.
- Place the cucumber and boiled egg on salmon.
- Put the other slice of toast and cut into 2 halves.

Zucchini and turkey cake


This recipe is perfect for a light dinner, is very similar to an omelette but with a more spongy texture, yummy!

Ingredients:
- 5.3 oz of zucchini
- 1 thick slice of turkey
- 1/3 of onion 
- 1/4 of leek
- A handful of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 3.5 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 heaping tablespoon flour
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash, peel and grate the zucchini.
- Cut into very small strips the ham.
- Peel and cut into squares onion and leek.
- In a skillet with a little olive oil over at medium heat fry the onion and leek until tender.
- Adds zucchini and ham.
- Sprinkle some black pepper.
- Add the tablespoon of flour and stir to cook.
- Pour the milk and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add the mixture and the grated cheese and stir well.
- Introduce it in the microwave for 4 minutes at 800W.

Panna cotta with sweet coal


Good afternoon! Today we want to give you ideas to use the swwet coal, and what better than this panna cotta!

Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 6.7 oz of whipping cream
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 oz of sugar
- Sweet Coal

Recipe:
- In a bowl with warm water, put to soak the two sheets of gelatin to soften.
- In a heated saucepan over low heat the cream and sugar until it reaches a boil.
- When it begins to boil turn off the heat and pour the vanilla essence.
- Drain the gelatin and incorporate it, stirring until they have dissolved completely.
- Pour over the bowl where you are going to serve and let stand at room temperature until temple.
- Enter it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to set.
- Grate a little sweet coal over and placed a piece to decorate.

Twister roll of the Three Kings


Today this twisted roll of Kings prepare to surprise your family on Wednesday, certainly will not forget this day!

Ingredients for 8-10 servings roscón:

For the sourdough:
- 3.5 oz of bread flour
- 2 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 0.2 oz of fresh yeast

For the final dough:
- 5.7 oz of sourdough
- 12.3 oz of bread flour
- 2 oz of milk cooked with cinnamon, orange peel and lemon
- 2 eggs
- 2.8 oz sugar
- 1 oz of honey
- 3.9 oz of butter
- 0.5 oz of fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon of rum essence
- 2 teaspoons of orange blossom water
- 0.18 oz of salt
- Zest of half a lemon

To decorate:
- I beaten egg
- Candied fruits
- Rolled almonds 
- Sugar

Recipe:
- The first thing is to prepare the sourdough 24 hours in advance to ferment.
- Mix in a bowl the bread flour, milk and yeast. Knead to mix well, left to ferment 30 minutes at room temperature and put in the refrigerator tightly covered with plastic wrap.
- Also prepare the infusion of milk, cinnamon stick, lemon and orange peel. Pour about 3.4 oz of milk, boil and simmer for 10 minutes, until it evaporates and you have about 2 oz.
- The next day, in a bowl mix all the ingredients to make the final mass unless sugar and butter.
- Knead for 5minutes.
- Stir and add sugar in two runs while still kneading for another 5 minutes until dough is smooth.
- Add the cold butter into pieces and continue kneading for another 15 minutes until the dough has absorbed all the butter and it's smooth.
- Let the dough ferment for 2 hours, remove it from the bowl and knead two more minutes.
- Wait 15 minutes and give the form of a the twisted roll, making a hole in between and stretching slowly to make getting bigger.
- Place the dough on baking paper and let it ferment for 3 hours to triple its volume.
- Enter the surprise.
- Brush with beaten egg around the twisted roll and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Let cool on a rack.
