Cheese tartlets with walnuts, mushrooms and walnuts


Today we bring you another delicious appetizer perfect to prepare when you have guests, or even at Christmas! They are just around the corner and it is always good to go picking up ideas to surprise our family and friends.

Ingredients:
- 10 small tartlets
- 1.8 oz of assorted mushrooms
- 1 oz of cheese with nuts
- 10 nuts
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Clean the assorted mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, heat until golden.
- Split the nuts into small pieces with your hands so that they are unequal.
- Heat the cheese in the microwave for a few seconds, so that it is softer and easier to mix.
- Drain the mushrooms to remove the excess oil and mix them in a bowl with cheese and nuts.
- Fill the tartlets and decorate with a little chopped parsley.
