Coffee cream with chantilly

Today we bring you a dessert that you can prepare for special occasions, since it has a very light flavor and can be prepared in advance, so it is perfect to surprise your guests. They will never think that it is so easy to prepare!

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 7 oz of liquid cream to assemble
- 1.8 oz of ground coffee
- 1.8 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 oz of sugar
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 3.5 oz of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sugar glass
- 0.08 oz of vanilla essence
- Sprinkle of hearts to decorate
- Ground cinnamon

Recipe:
- Cool the cream in the fridge and the bowl where you are going to mount it so they are both very cold.
- In a bowl, put the gelatin sheet in cold water for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the coffee, milk and sugar and stir until the three ingredients are well integrated.
- Drain the gelatin, add it to the saucepan and stir.
- Add the cream cheese and beat with a few sticks until you get a homogeneous cream without lumps (if you want to get it faster you can beat it with the blender).
- Let it stand at room temperature.
- Using the accessory of the rods, use a very cold cream with the blender.
- Divide the cream into two parts, reserve one in the fridge.
- Mix the other half of the cream with the coffee cream, in enveloping movements, and distribute it in the glasses where you are going to serve it, leaving space for the chantilly.
- When it has tempered, store it in the fridge until it set.
- Just before serving mix the cream that we had reserved with the powdered sugar and vanilla essence and put it back together a little more.
- Place the chantilly over the coffee cream.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon and sprinkles of hearts on top.

Bon appétit!
