Coffee Syrup


Today we bring you an original recipe with coffee that is super versatile, since you can add it to almost any dessert you prepare and give them an original touch.

Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz of coffee 
- 0.7 oz of water
- 4.3 oz of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of butter

Recipe:
- In a pot, heat the water and coffee with the sugar over medium-high heat without stirring at any time.
- When it starts to boil, lower the temperature to medium and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
- When the sugar begins to change color, brown, and start to bubble, remove from heat.
- Stir well with a wooden spoon.
- To make it more creamy, add a teaspoon of butter.
- Pour it in a jar or glass and allow it to cool to room temperature so that it thickens well.

Clams with garlic


This recipe is prepared in just 5 minutes and is perfect as an entree when you have guests or for a special celebration. 

Ingredients:
- 7 oz of claims
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 4.5 oz of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- Place the claims in a large bowl with water, salt and a splash of vinegar to release the sand. We changed the water once and we left it again until it was 1 hour.
- Peel the clove of garlic and cut it into thin slices.
- Buy it lightly in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Drain the claims well and add them to the pan together with the white wine.
- Cover the pan and let it cook over medium heat until the claims are open.
- If there is one that doesn't open, throw it away.
- Stir well to mix all with the broth.
- Serve immediately.

Mussels with tomato and seafood sauce


We love to take the aperitif with family or friends, and the mussels are always a star dish that can never be missed. This time we have prepared them with seafood sauce with tomato, and they have triumphed!

Ingredients:
- 18 oz of cooked mussels
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 tablespoons of fried tomato
- 3 oz of white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 3.5 oz of water from cooking of mussels
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash the red pepper and cut it into cubes.
- Peel the onion and cut it into squares similar to the pepper.
- In a large pot pour a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the pepper and onion until they soften.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into squares too.
- Add it to the pot together with the paprika and stir well.
- Pour the white wine, the fried tomato and the cooking water of the mussels.
- Raise the heat until it starts to boil and add the mussels.
- Remove a little to mix the flavors.

Rice With Rabbit


Rice is a food that we love for its versatility, it is very grateful and you can combine it with any ingredient, which will always be delicious. We use it on many occasions to make recipes with food leftovers, in this case with rabbit.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 oz of pump rice
- 6 rabbit slices
- 1.8 oz of beans for paella (garrofó)
- 1.8 oz of green beans
- 14 oz of chicken broth
- 1 tomato
- Food coloring
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash and chop the green beans.
- Wash and, in a glass suitable for the blender, crush the tomato.
- Heat the broth in a saucepan and keep it warm (without boiling it) during cooking.
- In the paella pan, pour a little olive oil and sauté the rabbit, the green beans and the other beans.
- Sauté until everything is golden.
- Add the crushed tomato and continue frying until it evaporates.
- Add the rice and sauté everything together for 30 seconds.
- Pour the chicken broth and a pinch of food coloring and stir well.
- Cook in high power for 3 minutes.
- Try the broth to see if it is good salt or you should correct it.
- Lower the heat to medium power during the rest of the cooked until the broth evaporates (about 17 minutes more).

Lentils stewed in curry


Today we bring you a more modern and original version of the classic stewed lentils, that although we love them, from time to time we want to eat them in a different way. In summer we bet on salads, and in winter from time to time we prepare them with curry like today. How do you usually eat them?

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5.3 oz of lentils
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 tablet of vegetable broth
- 1 spoonful of curry
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf

Recipe:
- Let the lentils soak the night before.
- Drain and reserve.
- Wash all the vegetables and peel the garlic, carrot and potato.
- Cut the carrot into slices and the potato clicked.
- The rest of the vegetable cut into large pieces, do not need to be the same.
- In the pot, pour a splash of oil and sauté the garlic, green pepper, onion, carrot and tomato.
- When it is golden, add the lentils and add them together with the vegetables for one minute.
- Pour water until it cover the lentils and add about two more centimeters.
- Add the potatoes and the bay leaf.
- Sprinkle the broth pill, curry and paprika.
- Mix everything well and let it cook until the lentils are almost at their point.
- At that time, remove all the vegetables from the pot except the potato and carrot, and crush them in a glass suitable for the blender.
- Add the puree back to the pot, stir well and cook 5 more minutes so that the sauce thickens.
- Remove the bay leaf.
