Tangerine truffles and white chocolate


Today we bring you a dessert very easy to make that is delicious, and it's perfect to do it when you have guests!

Ingredients:
- 4.2 oz white chocolate
- Tangerine zest
- 3.5 oz of orange mandarin orange juice
- 1.5 oz of margarine
- 1 oz of cream
- Sugar glass

Recipe:
- Leave the mandarin orange peel inside the cream for a day in the fridge, covering the bowl with transparent film.
- In a saucepan, simmer the cream with the zest and add the white chocolate and margarine until they melt and stir well.
- Pour the tangerine juice and stir again until everything is well mixed.
- Leave to warm to room temperature and then store in the fridge until you see that the mixture has hardened slightly.
- Make the balls and pass them for sugar glass.
