Appetizer of foie gras with fig jam and pine nuts
Today we propose you this super easy-to-prepare appetizer that your guests will love, the mixture of foie gras with the sweetness of jam is spectacular. What other appetizers do you like to prepare when you cook?
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of foie gras
- Fig jam
- Pine nuts
- Crackers
Recipe:
- Spread a layer of foie gras on each cracker.
- Place half a teaspoon of fig jam on top.
- In a small pan, without adding any oil, heat the pine nuts on medium heat until they roast on both sides, taking care that they don't burn.
- Place 3 pine nuts on each cracker.
