Chicken in soy sauce

Today we come back with a very tasty recipe that has an oriental inspiration, and very easy to do!

Ingredients para 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 5.29 oz of soy sauce
- 3.52 oz of white wine
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Sesame seeds

Recipe:
- Cut the chicken into cubes and 2 hours before starting to make the recipe, bring them into a large bowl and pour soy sauce over chicken to marinate, stirring occasionally.
- After 2 hours have passed, put in a pan a little oil.
- Cut the onion into strips and fry over medium heat in the pan with the hot oil.
- Once the onion is golden, drain the chicken cubes and add them to the pan with a little salt.
- Once the chicken is golden, pour the white wine and turn up the heat until the alcohol evaporates about 3 minutes.
- Go back down the heat to medium power and add the soy sauce where has been marinated the chicken and stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Once you serve the chicken with the sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bon appétit!
