Lentils Meatballs


Today's recipe follows our purpose to take care of our food but continue eating rich, in addition it is an original way of eating legumes, that for sure some of you need ideas for the chindren.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 7 oz of lentils 
- 1 egg
- 1.8 oz of flour
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Olive oil
- A pill of vegetable broth

Recipe:
- In a pot with boiling water and the crushed pill of vegetable broth, cook the lentils until soft. (In this case it is not necessary to soak them for 12 hours). Drain well.
- In a large bowl, beat well with the mixer until you have a thick mass.
- Add the flour, parsley, egg and a little salt.
- Stir well for a few minutes until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Begin to shape the meatballs.
- In a large skillet with very hot olive oil, fry until well browned on all sides.

*Advice of cooks: you can eat them as is or with a little tomato sauce, for example, they are very delicious!

Timbale of cuttlefish and mushrooms with chickpea puree


Today we bring a complete and very rich recipe, what do you think about the mixture of chickpeas, cuttlefishes and mushrooms? It sure surprises you if you dare to try it. We will repeat for sure!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 medium cuttlefishes
- 4.2 oz of chickpeas 
- 3.5 oz of mushrooms (we use Nameko)
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic 
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablet of vegetable broth

Recipe:
- In a pot with boiling water, crumble the vegetable broth and add the chickpeas to be cooked.
- Drain and place in a blender jar. Reserve the broth.
- Add a dash of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
- Beat well until a puree is left without lumps (if it is too thick, you can add some of the broth in which you have cooked the chickpeas and beat again).
- Clean cuttlefishes well and cut into squares.
- Peel and cut the garlic and onion into small squares.
- In a large skillet pour a little olive oil and fry the garlic and the onion until they are soft.
- Add mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Finally, add the cuttlefishes and fry everything well until tender.
- Using a metal mould, make a base with the chickpeas puree.
- Pour over the mixture of the cuttlefishes with the mushrooms.

Appetizer of foie gras with fig jam and pine nuts


Today we propose you this super easy-to-prepare appetizer that your guests will love, the mixture of foie gras with the sweetness of jam is spectacular. What other appetizers do you like to prepare when you cook?

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of foie gras
- Fig jam
- Pine nuts
- Crackers

Recipe:
- Spread a layer of foie gras on each cracker.
- Place half a teaspoon of fig jam on top.
- In a small pan, without adding any oil, heat the pine nuts on medium heat until they roast on both sides, taking care that they don't burn.
- Place 3 pine nuts on each cracker.

Tartlets of canons, cheese and pine nuts


Today we want to show you this appetizer, which is very good to know because it takes too little to prepare and is very rich. It's great when you have surprise guests!

Ingredients:
- 10 tartlets
- Canons
- 30 pinions
- Cured Sheep Cheese 
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and place in a saucepan with a pinch of water.
- Heat on low heat until you see that the cheese is melting.
- Remove to mix well and form a soft and light cream.
- In another pan with a few drops of oil, also heat at low heat two handfuls of canons until they lose their volume.
- In another different pan, fry the pine nuts without any oil until they are slightly golden.
- Finally, fill the tartlets with a teaspoon of cream cheese, a teaspoon of canons and 3 pine nuts.

Vegetarian zucchini burger


Today we bring you a burger a little different from the ones we are used to, it is made with zucchini and is suitable also for vegetarians. Besides, it is ideal to compensate the Christmas excesses, and on top it is delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 1 egg
- 1.8 oz of goat cheese 
- 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

Recipe:
- Wash and cut the zucchini into pieces.
- Peel the onion.
- Grind the zucchini and onion in a chopper for a few minutes.
- Let it rest for a while in a drainer so that the zucchini releases all the water.
- Put it in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Remove until it mixes evenly and make 4 balls with the dough.
- Squeeze them a bit to give them the shape of the burgers.
- Fry in a large skillet with a little olive oil until golden.
- Prepare the burger to your liking with bread, lettuce, tomato, sauces, etc.

Chicken, cheese and walnuts salad


To prepare this salad we have been inspired by a typical Russian salad that we tried recently in a Russian restaurant in the center of Madrid, shortly we will tell you our experience there.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3.5 oz of semi-cured cheese 
- 6 tablespoons of peeled nuts
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt

Recipe:
- Put a little salt and pepper in the chicken breasts.
- In a large skillet with a little olive oil, fry the chicken until golden.
- Insert it in a chopper along with the cheese and walnuts and beat until everything is chopped into very small pieces.
- Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir well to combine with all ingredients.

Cod and Orange Salad


This recipe is very typical of southern Spain, in several provinces of Andalusia is a very typical dish. We discovered it recently and we loved it, we repeat it for sure!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 loins of cod
- 2 oranges
- 1 egg
- 10 black olives
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- In a saucepan with boiling water, cook the egg for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan with a pinch of olive oil, fry the loins of cod for 2 minutes on each side.
- Dismantle it and place it in a bowl.
- For the oranges, separate the segments and cut them into pieces.
- Mix with the cod and put it on the plates.
- Peel the cooked egg and cut it into wedges.
- Add the olives and the egg to the dishes.
- Pour a splash of olive oil.

Tangerine truffles and white chocolate


Today we bring you a dessert very easy to make that is delicious, and it's perfect to do it when you have guests!

Ingredients:
- 4.2 oz white chocolate
- Tangerine zest
- 3.5 oz of orange mandarin orange juice
- 1.5 oz of margarine
- 1 oz of cream
- Sugar glass

Recipe:
- Leave the mandarin orange peel inside the cream for a day in the fridge, covering the bowl with transparent film.
- In a saucepan, simmer the cream with the zest and add the white chocolate and margarine until they melt and stir well.
- Pour the tangerine juice and stir again until everything is well mixed.
- Leave to warm to room temperature and then store in the fridge until you see that the mixture has hardened slightly.
- Make the balls and pass them for sugar glass.
