Timbal of hake with aioli and green asparagus


Today's recipe is very versatile, since you can use the fish that you most want or that you have at home, and very complete, combining protein of the fish with vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 hake loins
- 4 green asparagus
- Alioli
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- In a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat, fry the hake loins until almost ready.
- Clean the asparagus and cut the ugly part of the stem, leaving them all about the same size.
- In another pan with another little olive oil, make grilled asparagus for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
- When the hake is almost ready, crumble with a wooden spoon.
- Add chopped parsley on top and stir for 2 minutes.
- Place the fish in a bowl, pour some alioli and mix well.
- Using a metal ring to serve, placed inside hake with alioli.
- Decorate with green asparagus on top.
