Lentils salad


Today we present you an original way to eat vegetables, there is life beyond casseroles! Mind you, we love too, but occasionally also want to change, and this salad is perfect.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 jar of cooked lentils
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 1/2 pink lady apple
- 8 dried tomatoes
- 16 dices goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 4 tablespoons of sliced green olives
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil

Recipe:
- Drain the lentils to remove the broth they bring.
- Drain the tuna.
- Wash, peel and cut into cubes the apple.
- Cut dried tomatoes into strips.
- Mix in a bowl lentils, tuna, apple, dried tomatoes, goat cheese, capers and green olives.
- Pour over the soy sauce and oil and stir well.
