Cup of yogurt with quince and syrup, in 5 minutes!


This dessert will surprise you a lot for the contrast of flavors and textures that it has, and it is prepared in 5 minutes! 

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 Greek yogurts
- Quince 
- Strawberry Syrup
- 6 cookies

Recipe:
- In a blender, crush the cookies and place them at the base of the cup.
- Add strawberry syrup carefully to not mix with cookies.
- Pour slowly yogurt with a spoon and place over the syrup.
- Place the quince in cubes above.

Timbal of hake with aioli and green asparagus


Today's recipe is very versatile, since you can use the fish that you most want or that you have at home, and very complete, combining protein of the fish with vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 hake loins
- 4 green asparagus
- Alioli
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt

Recipe:
- In a skillet with a little olive oil over medium heat, fry the hake loins until almost ready.
- Clean the asparagus and cut the ugly part of the stem, leaving them all about the same size.
- In another pan with another little olive oil, make grilled asparagus for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
- When the hake is almost ready, crumble with a wooden spoon.
- Add chopped parsley on top and stir for 2 minutes.
- Place the fish in a bowl, pour some alioli and mix well.
- Using a metal ring to serve, placed inside hake with alioli.
- Decorate with green asparagus on top.

Appetizers with egg yarn


These appetizers are perfect to prepare in any celebration, egg yarn and gives them a delicious sweet touch.

Ingredients and recipe of tartlets of ham and egg yarn:
- 4 tartlets
- 4 slices of ham
- Egg Yarn

Place the ham with the form of flower on the tartlets and introduce some egg yarn in the center.


Ingredients and recipe of salmon canapes and egg yarn:
- 4 toasts
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- Egg Yarn
- Mayonnaise

Extends half a teaspoon of mayonnaise on toast and place the salmon on top. Decorate with a little egg yarn.


Ingredients and recipe of pâté with herbs canapes and egg yarn:
- 4 toasts
- Pate with herbs
- Egg Yarn

Extends fine herbs pate on toast and put some egg yarn on top.


Ingredients and recipe of salad tartlets with egg yarn:
- 4 tartlets
- 1 thick slice of turkey
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cherry tomato
- Egg Yarn

- Cut the turkey and avocado into small cubes, about the same size.
- Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in four wedges.
- Place a base on egg yarn into the tartlets.
- Add the diced turkey and avocado.
- Garnish with a wedge of cherry tomato.

Cheese, pear and quince salad


Today's salad is very special because it has the sweet touch of quince and pear, which contrasts with the characteristic taste of the cheese, what an explosive combination!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of diced quince 
- 1/2 cheese
- 1 pear
- 16 nuts
- Lettuce
- Olive oil
- Modena Balsamic Reduction

Recipe:
- Wash the lettuce and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Chop the walnuts with a knife or your hands to make small pieces, but without allowing it to be ground.
- Wash, peel and cut the pear into cubes.
- Mix in a bowl quince, cheese, pears, walnuts and lettuce.
- Dress to taste with olive oil and Modena balsamic reduction.

Chicken timbale with seaweed and soy


Today we present you this original recipe with oriental touches of soy and seaweed, do you dare to try?

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5.3 oz pf basmati rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 leek
- 1 sheet of nori seaweed
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin mill
- Chopped parsley
- Salt

Recipe:
- Wash the rice several times in cold water to remove the starch.
- In a saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt, cook the rice for 10 minutes until it's done.
- Drain it and set aside.
- Wash and cut the red and green peppers in squares of 1 cm approx.
- Peel and cut the leek into slices.
- Cut the chicken the squares more or less like peppers.
- In a skillet with a little olive oil, fry the peppers and leek until golden.
- Add rice and fry for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle paprika, cumin and parsley and stir well.
- Add chicken and stir constantly until golden.
- Cut the sheet of nori seaweed into very small pieces and add it to the pan.
- Pour a splash of soy sauce and stir everything well to blend flavors.
- Serve with help of a metal ring.

Timbale of foie, apple and goat cheese


Today's recipe is a bit more special than the usual for the ingredients that it has. I decided to do it because my parents gave me a packet of foie, they know that I love (thank you very much!;-)), and wanted to eat it in a different way. And we love it!

Ingredients for a timbale:
- 1.8 oz of fresh foie
- 1/2 golden apple
- 1/2 roller goat cheese
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash and cut the apple in half, remove the heart and with the help of a mandolin, cut thin slices.
- In a bowl, place the apple wedges and pour a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook them in the microwave for a minute and a half to soften at 360W.
- Using mandolin, cut thin slices of foie and goat cheese.
- Place a metal ring to serve and begin to place a layer of apple, then another foie thicker, another apple, another goat cheese and the last of apple.

Stuffed zucchini


Today's recipe has a fun presentation and is very fresh and light for summer, in addition you can customize with the stuffing that you like!

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 4 zucchinis
- 4 crab sticks
- 3.5 oz of eels
- 1 egg
- 1 can of tuna 
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- Wash the zucchini and cut the top like a hat.
- Empty them making a cut with a knife and scoop out the inside carefully not to damage the skin with a spoon.
- Cut into squares the inside part the zucchini.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the zucchini until lightly browned.
- In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the egg for 10 minutes.
- When cooked, peel it and cut it into small strips.
- Drain the can of tuna.
- Cut crab sticks into very small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, eels, crab sticks, egg, mayonnaise and zucchini and stir well.
- Let stand in the fridge for 20 minutes to be chilled.
- Fill the zucchinis with the mixture and place the top of the zucchini like a hat with a stick.

Microwaved chicken cold cuts


This recipe of chicken cold cuts is extremely easy to make in the microwave and very rich. In addition, we can save it several days in the fridge.

Ingredients:
- 10.6 oz of chicken breast
- 15 red peppers
- 12 black olives
- 3 slices of ham
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Chop in a mincer or in the blender all ingredients.
- Mix well and sprinkle a little salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
- Put on the table two layers of film and place the mixture in the center.
- Winding the film begin to wrap to elongate it.
- Close the two ends making a knot on each side so that the mixture is in fine brown. It should be like a candy.
- Put on a platter or dish suitable for microwave at 800W for 4 minutes and a half.
- Open the microwave, turn around the meat and cook again for 4 minutes and a half at the same temperature.
- Let cool to room temperature, carefully remove the plastic and when is completely cold, cut into slices. (If you do when it's hot it will break up).

Lentils salad


Today we present you an original way to eat vegetables, there is life beyond casseroles! Mind you, we love too, but occasionally also want to change, and this salad is perfect.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 jar of cooked lentils
- 1 can of natural tuna
- 1/2 pink lady apple
- 8 dried tomatoes
- 16 dices goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 4 tablespoons of sliced green olives
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil

Recipe:
- Drain the lentils to remove the broth they bring.
- Drain the tuna.
- Wash, peel and cut into cubes the apple.
- Cut dried tomatoes into strips.
- Mix in a bowl lentils, tuna, apple, dried tomatoes, goat cheese, capers and green olives.
- Pour over the soy sauce and oil and stir well.
