Hummus canapé with marinated salmon

Today we bring you a very colorful canapé to prepare when you have guests or, simply, when you want to take care yourself. Take note, cookers!

Ingredients:
- 1.8 oz of fresh salmon loin
- 10 teaspoons of homemade hummus without paprika (you can see the recipe here)
- 3 slices of bread
- Dried thyme
- 7 tablespoons of coarse salt
- 7 tablespoons of white sugar
- Olive oil

Recipe:
- To marinate the salmon, we must mix the coarse salt, sugar and a little dried thyme in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, place a base with the mixture, put the salmon loin on top and cover it with the rest of the salt, sugar and thyme mixture.
- Let it rest in the fridge for an hour and a half.
- Remove the layer of salt, sugar and thyme and wash the salmon loin well.
- Cut it into small squares. Reserve.
- Roll out the bread slices with a rolling pin to make them thinner and more consistent.
- With the help of a cutter (if you don't have it, you can do it with a knife), cut 10 small squares of approximately 2cm on each side.
- Toast the squares until golden.
- Prepare the hummus as indicated in the recipe above, without pouring over the sweet paprika or oil.
- For plating, place a teaspoon of hummus on each square of sliced bread and pour a few drops of olive oil on top.
- Place two dice of salmon on top and sprinkle some thyme.

Bon appétit!
