Coffee crepes

Today we wanted to cover the classic crepes to give them an original touch of coffee. It is a dessert that we often prepare and that we love, so from time to time we make small variations in the recipe and, one of the ones we liked the most, has been this one with coffee.

Ingredients for 10 pcs:
- 9 oz of milk
- 1 coffee capsule
- 1 egg
- 4.5 oz of cornstarch
- 1 trickle of sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- A few drops of vanilla essence

Recipe:
- Prepare the coffee with the coffee capsule and water.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix with a few rods until there is a homogeneous mass without lumps.
- Let stand 30 minutes in the fridge to thicken a bit.
- Heat a pan well with a few drops of oil.
- With a saucepan, take a measure of the dough and spread it well so that the thin pancakes are left.
- When it is well done on one side and easily detaches from the pan, turn it over and let it cook on the other side.
- Repeat with all the crepes until you finish with the dough.
- You can fill them with cream, coffee cream (you can see the recipe here), or pour over caramel or coffee syrup (you can see the recipe here), or eat them as they are, they are delicious in any way.

Bon appétit!
