Vegetarian zucchini burger


Today we bring you a burger a little different from the ones we are used to, it is made with zucchini and is suitable also for vegetarians. Besides, it is ideal to compensate the Christmas excesses, and on top it is delicious!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 1 egg
- 1.8 oz of goat cheese 
- 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

Recipe:
- Wash and cut the zucchini into pieces.
- Peel the onion.
- Grind the zucchini and onion in a chopper for a few minutes.
- Let it rest for a while in a drainer so that the zucchini releases all the water.
- Put it in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Remove until it mixes evenly and make 4 balls with the dough.
- Squeeze them a bit to give them the shape of the burgers.
- Fry in a large skillet with a little olive oil until golden.
- Prepare the burger to your liking with bread, lettuce, tomato, sauces, etc.
