Sole rolls with zucchini and prosciutto


Today's recipe is an original way to eat fish, and is made by steaming, so it's very healthy!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 fillets of sole 
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 4 slices of zucchini sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 tomato
- Chopped parsley

Recipe:
- Wash and cut the zucchini slices along using a potato peeler.
- Put the fillets of sole, on the top put a slice of zucchini and other of prosciutto.
- Roll up and secure with the help of a stick.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin wedges.
- Serve the rolls and place the tomato for garnish.
