Chicken timbale with seaweed and soy


Today we present you this original recipe with oriental touches of soy and seaweed, do you dare to try?

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5.3 oz pf basmati rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 leek
- 1 sheet of nori seaweed
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin mill
- Chopped parsley
- Salt

Recipe:
- Wash the rice several times in cold water to remove the starch.
- In a saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt, cook the rice for 10 minutes until it's done.
- Drain it and set aside.
- Wash and cut the red and green peppers in squares of 1 cm approx.
- Peel and cut the leek into slices.
- Cut the chicken the squares more or less like peppers.
- In a skillet with a little olive oil, fry the peppers and leek until golden.
- Add rice and fry for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle paprika, cumin and parsley and stir well.
- Add chicken and stir constantly until golden.
- Cut the sheet of nori seaweed into very small pieces and add it to the pan.
- Pour a splash of soy sauce and stir everything well to blend flavors.
- Serve with help of a metal ring.
