Butter and biscuits cake
This cake is a modern version of the classic biscuits with butter dipped in milk that everyone has eaten when we were kids. The taste is the same, try it, sure you'll love it!
Ingredients:
- 18 crackers
- 3.5 oz of unsalted butter
- 0.03 oz of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 4.4 oz of semi-skimmed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Recipe:
- Mix in a bowl cold milk and vanilla sugar until blended well.
- In a large bowl add the butter and beat it using a mixer with whisk until you have a creamy texture.
- Add the powdered sugar, egg and vanilla essence. Beat again until everything is well blended.
- Dip 4 cookies in milk and begin to place them at the source.
- Spread a layer of butter on top and repeat 4 times so that they will form the layers.
- Top with butter cream on top and sides of the cake.
- Shreds two cookies using a mortar and sprinkle over the cake.
- Store in the refrigerator for about an hour to harden slightly.
Bon appetit!
