Zucchini with serrano ham and cheese


Today we bring you a recipe that you will love, it is very healthy and tasty thanks to the vegetables and serrano ham, and of course, the grated cheese when melted gives it a spectacular flavour.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 can of corn
- 3 oz of Serrano ham
- 1.5 oz of cured cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Thyme
- Ground black pepper

Recipe:
- Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into squares.
- Peel also the garlic clove and cut it into very small pieces.
- Cut the serrano ham also in squares (we had it sliced, we put several together and cut it at the same time).
- In a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the garlic a few seconds and add the zucchini.
- Let it sauté a couple of minutes and add drained corn.
- Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and stir well while sautéing.
- Add the ham, a little dry basil and thyme and stir well again.
- Let it sauté for a few more minutes until the zucchini is browned.
- Grate the manchego cheese and add it to the dish directly.

Cucumber salad with cheese and nuts


Today we bring you this easy salad that you can prepare in 5 minutes. It is very cool to combat the heat that is making these days and you can take it both as a starter or garnish with fish or meat, it combines with everything!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber
- 2 oz of cured cheese
- 1 handful of peeled walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of modena vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of mustard

Recipe:
- Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices (if you prefer you can also peel it).
- Cut the cheese into squares.
- Split the nuts into several pieces with your hands.
- Place the cucumber slices on the plate and add the cheese and nuts.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil with the vinegar, honey and mustard and stir well with a spoon so that the sauce emulsifies.
- Pour the sauce over the salad.

Clafoutis of cherry tomatoes, cheese and spinach


We love this recipe because it is very simple to prepare and it is spectacular how juicy it is, thanks to egg and cheese, you will surely love this salty cake!

Ingredients for 2 pcs:
- 2 eggs
- 6.5 oz of liquid cream for cooking
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 oz of semi-cured cheese 
- Fresh spinach
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Margarine
- Bread crumbs

Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Grate the semi-cured cheese.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and the spinach into pieces.
- Prepare the molds (we have used mini cocottes) and spread the inside of both with a little margarine.
- Sprinkle some bread crumbs over the margarine so that it is easier to unmold later.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix everything well.
- Place the grated cheese in the bottom of the molds.
- Put spinach and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Divide the mixture of egg and cream between the two molds and give a few touches to the base of each one so that the mixture is distributed well and enter through all the holes.
- Fill the molds 3/4 parts approximately, since then with the heat the mix rises a little.
- Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes until the top is browned a little and you see that the rest is well done (you can check it with a toothpick).

Puff pastry filled with chicken and cheese


Today we prepare this puff pastry super easy to make that you can fill with the ingredients that you like or with those you have at home. It will be delicious with everything!

Ingredients for 4 units:
- 1 sheet of square puff pastry
- 1 large chicken breast
- 1.8 oz of semi-cured cheese
- 3.5 oz of spreadable cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Sesame seeds
- 1 beaten egg

Recipe:
- In a saucepan with boiling water and a pinch of salt, boil the chicken for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool for a while and cut it into squares.
- Insert it in a large bowl and reserve.
- Grated the semi-cured cheese.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into small segments.
- Cut the garlic clove into very small pieces.
- Add it in the bowl together with the chicken, the chopped parsley, the cream cheese, the grated semicured cheese, the cherry tomatoes a pinch of salt and another one of black pepper.
- Mix everything until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal parts.
- Place a good amount of filling in the center of each part and start to close them forming bags with the tips of each part of puff pastry in the center, so that the packets are closed properly.
- Paint the puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 220º until golden .
