Steamed salmon with basil sauce


This recipe is perfect to loose weight during all year, as it is very healthy but has a lot of flavor. Do you dare to prepare it?

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 fresh salmon loins
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt
- Ground black pepper


Recipe:
- Heat water in a casserole until it boils.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon.
- Place it skin-side down in a bamboo steamer and, when the water in the casserole begins to boil, place it on top and let it steam for 12 minutes.
- In a glass suitable for a blender, mash the garlic with the basil, the lemon juice and slowly add the oil as if it were a mayonnaise, until the sauce is a little lighter.
- Place the salmon and pour a little basil sauce on top.
