Lentils Meatballs


Today's recipe follows our purpose to take care of our food but continue eating rich, in addition it is an original way of eating legumes, that for sure some of you need ideas for the chindren.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 7 oz of lentils 
- 1 egg
- 1.8 oz of flour
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Olive oil
- A pill of vegetable broth

Recipe:
- In a pot with boiling water and the crushed pill of vegetable broth, cook the lentils until soft. (In this case it is not necessary to soak them for 12 hours). Drain well.
- In a large bowl, beat well with the mixer until you have a thick mass.
- Add the flour, parsley, egg and a little salt.
- Stir well for a few minutes until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Begin to shape the meatballs.
- In a large skillet with very hot olive oil, fry until well browned on all sides.

*Advice of cooks: you can eat them as is or with a little tomato sauce, for example, they are very delicious!
